We welcome you to enjoy a last session of the year with Sandra.
Celebrating the winter solstice together, bringing with it the return of the sun in our skies.
Tuning into this celtic celebration & the wheel of the year, just as our ancestors would have.

We would love to support the charity ‘CASH FOR KIDS’ All proceeds will go to out local branch ~

Thanks to everyone giving donations in classes these past few weeks! We will announce how much has been raised before Christmas.

Open to all levels, guidance & adjustments will be given throughout.
Everything shared will aim to nourish & nurture.
A cosy way to melt into the festivities, through motion, breath & togetherness.

Be guided into awakening the body & it’s energetic rivers with care, moving the body in ways that leave you feeling radiant from the inside out.
Feel into a space of meditation & be soothed by a live sound bath, using an array of healing instruments including the gong, singing bowls, chimes & more.

D E T A I L S ~

Monday 20th of December 6.30 - 8 pm

Everyone is welcome. Just as you are. Please wear comfy warm layers & bring an open heart & mind to the sharings.
If anybody misses the session or has technical mishaps during it, we hope to save the recording & happy to share this upon request. The recording will last a week.

Remember listening to your body is key to safe yoga, so although pushing & striving for deeper sensations can be positive, you do not want to strain yourself! This session is all about nurture! Please remember this & that you are responsible for your own safety.

P R O P S ~

Pillows for sitting work are always great, as they release the hips, they can also be used as padding for knees or a folded blanket.
Blankets handy never go a miss, with which you can wrap yourself up during the meditation time at the end of class.
If you have blocks & enjoy / are used to using them please do.
