~ TruGym sessions do not apply to drop in price or term deal as it’s members only club
~ Tuesday evening venue is busy the first Tuesday of the month, so classes do not run on that day & are being paused for July & August

Please bring yourself, a yoga mat, cushion/pillow, perhaps blanket & any other props you enjoy using

~ WHAT TO EXPECT FROM LOVE ALL WAYS SESSIONS ~

We are welcoming to everyone from complete beginners to advanced yogis.
Different adaptations will be offered throughout to suit everyones individual needs & energy levels.

All sessions commence in savasana (lay down in relaxation pose) allowing you to settle into the body, whilst you let go of the day.
From there we begin to anchor into & explore our breath. Movement begins gently, taking us through a grounding & long awakening warm-up, leaving the joints lubricated & the body prepared to work deeper.
Often working within a theme & intention, to guide the practice. We share nourishing, energizing movement, woven together with positive affirmations, guided meditations, beautiful visualizations & grounding mudras, whilst connecting to the power of breath throughout.
Join in & you will find sessions culminate with soothing, transporting sound baths & guided meditations.
All classes invite a creative exploration of expression & movement, connecting people to their inner rhythm & fluidity in a natural & nurturing way.

Each session is a journey & creates a full mind, body & spirit journey.
