FREE sharing ~ Donations welcomed for women’s charities
Celebrating what it means to be ‘WOMAN’
Enjoy guided movement, meditation & a soothing sound bath
The class is FREE but we are asking for donations towards 2 women’s charities that operate local to us ~ All across Worcesteshire.
In this sharing we will briefly explore the ‘her’ story of international women’s day, celebrating how far we have come, but honouring the distance yet to bridge for real equality between the genders in this world!
IWD 2022 theme is ~ #BreakTheBias: Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that is diverse, equitable & inclusive.
Enjoy a restorative & energizing session shared through guided movement, meditation & ending with a live sound bath.

‘DAWN’ is a network that assists women navigate & overcome domestic abuse. Whilst it’s sister charity ‘JOY’ is a community project, providing support & sharing skills to enable & empower women, enhancing their confidence. Women are often referred into JOY after they have moved through DAWN. Our friend JoRae works with these 2 charities & we wanted to support them(:
Donation can be given HERE ~ cash also an option for those attending Sandra’s classes.
Any amount is welcome, as it all adds up!
We will be keeping donations open for these 2 charities until the start of April, as our day retreat will also be raising money for them.
We will announce how much we raise in our April newsletter & via social media channels

This session is all about nurture! Please remember this & that you are responsible for your own safety.
Please wear comfy warm layers & bring an open heart & mind to the sharings.

Before you decide to start the class, choose where you are going to practice & see how you can create a cosy space for yourself, whether this be indoors or outdoors.
P R O P S ~
Pillows for sitting work are always great, as they release the hips, they can also be used as padding for knees or a folded blanket.
Blankets handy never go a miss, with which you can wrap yourself up during the meditation time at the end of the session.
If you have blocks & enjoy / are used to using them please do.
