All sharings are over an hour long, with some lasting an hour and a half.

Each session will include time to rest, allowing the whole being to relax, restore & rejuvenate deeply.
Words guiding the mind into a state of stillness giving space for the body to integrate the benefits of the session.
Healing instruments will be used in each offering, ending with a soothing sound bath.
T H E M E S AVAILABLE ~
CHAIR YOGA ~ SUITABLE FOR ALL ~ A gentle inviting way to open up the body. Stretching in simple subtle yet effective ways . You will require a chair hopefully with no back & arms.
THE ELEMENT OF EARTH ~ It was earth day when filmed ~ so working with all things that honour this element within & around us, inviting us to feel truly grounded & rooted so we can grow strong & steady.
HEART BLOSSOMING ~ Opening the body to give receive, let go & flow with compassion.
CELEBRATING LIFE ~ inviting in gratitude & embodying motion as we tune into the body & it's rhythms.
THE ELEMENT OF SPACE ~ Exploring & creating spaciousness within the body & your surroundings. Working with the joints & creating flow in the energy gates of the body.
FEELING THE HERE & NOW ~ Working with a scarf / sarrong to deepen the stretch and bring us in to the body & its sensations.
ACCEPTANCE ~ Unburdening the heart body & soul by inviting in acceptance to that we cannot change. Opening space for new views & energy to arrive.
BALANCE ~ Through an exploration of breath, body & mind feel into how we can welcome in more balance & harmony into the whole of our being & lives.

All abilities welcome, different adjustments will be offered through out.
When payment is being made, there is a section where you can add info, this is where you can notify us which themes you are wishing for ~ we will then send you a private youtube video link via email with the video’s access. It can be watched again & again.
Great sound & image quality compared to zoom too & some video’s we have been lucky enough to film out in nature.

If you are partaking in online sessions, everything you do is at your own discretion.
Rest, pause & alter things to suit your body at any present time.
Remember listening to your body is key to safe yoga, so although pushing & striving for deeper sensations can be positive, you do not want to strain yourself!
Y O U R . S P A C E ~
Before you decide to start the class, choose where you are going to practice & see how you can create a cosy space for yourself, weather this be indoors or outdoors. If you don’t have a mat, towels & scarves can be a great alternative
PROPS ~
Pillows for sitting work are always great, as they release the hips, they can also be used as padding for knees or a folded blanket.
Blankets handy never go a miss, with which you can wrap yourself up during the meditation time at the end of class.
