Honoring the heart space through a gentle flow, awakening & nourishing the body & mind from the inside out. Journeying through the qualities of the heart, welcoming them to flow through us & radiate from within. Sending compassion into our thoughts & movement. All woven together with positive affirmations, guided meditations, beautiful visualizations, empowering mantras & grounding mudras, whilst connecting to the power of breath throughout. Ending with a soothing live sound bath.
Open to all levels, guidance & adjustments will be given throughout.
Everything shared will aim to nourish & nurture through this gentle sharing.
Feel free to invite & share with friends or family.
Giving & receiving is the constant energy of life & hope this offering ripples out some relaxation & love.
The more the merrier & any amount towards the charity is happily recieved!

Everyone is welcome. Just as you are.
If anybody misses the session or has technical mishaps during it, we will safe the recording & happy to share this. Just get in touch.
Remember listening to your body is key to safe yoga, so although pushing & striving for deeper sensations can be positive, you do not want to strain yourself! This session is all about nurture! Please remember this & that you are responsible for your own safety.
Please wear comfy warm layers & bring an open heart & mind to the sharings.

Y O U R . S P A C E ~
Before you decide to start the class, choose where you are going to practice & see how you can create a cosy space for yourself, whether this be indoors or outdoors.
P R O P S ~
Pillows for sitting work are always great, as they release the hips, they can also be used as padding for knees or a folded blanket.
Blankets handy never go a miss, with which you can wrap yourself up during the meditation time at the end of class.
If you have blocks & enjoy / are used to using them please do.

Live sharing's will be through the free app ~ ZOOM which you will need to download/ create a loggin for ~ & can be used on any digital device ~ it runs differently depending on what you use, please keep this in mind & familiarise yourself with it prior to the first session ~ login with plenty of time, to get settled & the waiting room will be open before the session for us all to settle before we start(: Most of us know how to use this with all these lockdowns, but feel free to get in touch if you are unsure about something!
