A guided meditation inviting you on a journey through the body & mind, with words & awareness as your ship to explore the rivers & seas of energy & love that lie within. Creating a state of cosiness & comfort whilst 'nesting & resting'.
S O U N D . B A T H ~
Settle into softness as soothing frequencies & vibrations transport you into a sense of timelessness. We will use an array of healing instruments to allow you to rest & fully absorb the experience before stepping back into your day.
Linda Thomas is an experienced sound & yoga therapist & the way she shares her gongs will leave you feeling soothed & relaxed.

Arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before the session for registration , tea & time to settle
Wear comfy warm layers & bring a cushion & blanket for nesting & resting at the end, you will want it! The cosier the better.
Please bring your own yoga mat
