Everything we share is simply an invitation & guidance & we welcome you to do whatever feels right for you. Everyone welcome new or accustomed to yoga ~ An array or options / layers shared for each movement / pose.
Homemade soup supper included. Teas, healthy nibbles & tasty treats provided throughout the day. Yoga mats provided & laid out ready for your arrival.
~ PLEASE ~
~ Arrive at least 10 / 15 minutes early so we can start ON TIME. Aiming for 2 - 2.15 latest if possible ~ Bring yourself, an open heart, layers, blankets & a cushions for warmth, comfort & cosyness. ~ Bring a pen & favourite note pad / journal /some paper . ~ Bring a bottle of water & anything else you may need.
Please note ~ Sound baths are not recommended for those with a pace maker or in first trimester of pregnancy ~ Feel free to reach out about if you have any worries / health questions.
