Terms & Conditions for Retreats & Immersions
Booking information ~
The retreat cost includes accommodation, all meals during your stay snacks nibbles, refreshments & offerings.
Travel to or from the retreat is not included, but we are happy to link people together for arranging group travel if a few of you are coming from the same area.
Special diets can be catered for around allergies, intolerance’s & dietary requirements, but we must be notified of this! ~ We ask on booking.
Payment Policy ~
A non-refundable deposit is required for each retreat. Deposits are taken upon booking & spaces are NOT confirmed without the deposit payment. Remaining balance is due by the stated date on retreat page & prior to the the retreat starting. Unless the retreat is booked after the stated balance payment date, then the full amount will need to be paid straight after booking & being contacted.
This is only not the case, if arranged with us when booking / inquiring.
We are happy to organise payment plans on request as are flexible if it makes the retreat more accessible to you.
Failure to pay balance on set date may mean your place is NOT secure & we may offer it to someone on the waiting list.
Once balanced is paid it is non refundable, we advice you have insurance to cover you if you need to cancel for any reason.
We are not responsible for your travel to or from the retreat, or their costs.
We hold the right to offer discounted places without it effecting the price of what you are agreeing to pay.
Refund Policy ~
If for any reason you have to cancel attending the retreat after paying the deposit, this deposit can not be transferred to another retreat. If you find another person willing to use your ‘space’ then we are happy to transfer it over towards their payment though.
If you have made full payment, but have a valid reason to not attend, if we are able to sell the place on, we will try to transfer the balance after deposit over to future workshops or retreats,but cannot guarantee this. Especially if the space is not filled. We strongly advise you to take out your own insurance to avoid loosing the investment.
We cannot take responsibility for cancellation that is out of our control.
At Love All Ways we are not liable to refund you under the circumstances of Natural Disaster, Pandemic, War, Failure of the Venue or ANY other situation that is out of our control. We will try to arrange an alternative depending on the scale of the situation though.
Cancellation Policy ~
All information found on our website & being shared by us is correct at the time of publishing it, but may be subject to change. Whilst we do not anticipate changes to what is shared & advertised, we do not rule out that we may have to cancel or postpone retreats at our discretion. If we were to have to cancel, you are entitled to a full refund or can choose to transfer the sum towards other offerings.
If the whole event is cancelled due to Covid 19 or for any other reason, you are of course entitled to a full refund or can choose to transfer the sum towards other offerings.
Liability ~
Love All Ways Yoga, cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, loss or damages including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other, during the retreat. By joining the offering, you agree to be responsible for yourself, your safety & your decisions.
Behaviour ~
If behaviour is disruptive to the retreat, other participants, staff or ourselves, we reserve the right to ask participants to leave the retreat. If you are asked to leave due to such behaviour, no part of the retreat fee will be refunded. If we are to have to request you leave & you try to argue it, matters fall under English law & subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Insurance ~
A lot of people don’t think to have insurance for UK occasions, but if you do have it / get yourself some, you are completely covered & would not loose your deposit or full cost of retreat, if for any reason you cannot make it.
Privacy ~
We will not knowingly give your personal information out to anybody else (except where required to do so by authorities or retreat venues, i.e hotels needing guest names). We will retain your information & you may be added to the newsletter/ mailing list if you agree, but you can unsubscribe at any time.
Photography ~
When attending our retreats we will take photos during our time together. Being sensitive in moments we capture & keep, often with figures in images, not faces. We may choose to share some on our website or through our social media channels. By attending you know this to be so & give permission for this to occur. Love All Ways Yoga are happy to share photos with those attending the retreat if everyone agrees & if you are to then share them on, we hope your will tag us appropriately.
If for any reason you don’t wish to appear in photos, please get in contact & we will try to honor this.
Disclaimer:
Neither Sandra nor Sofia of Love All Ways Yoga diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any disease, illness, injury or condition either physical or mental.
Our retreats offer program’s that aim to be self empowering, educational & enjoyable. We do not & cannot promise a guaranteed set of results, cures, or benefits. Each person will take home their own set of experiences & perceptions from a retreat.
