We LOVE to collaborate with others & invite different teachers & healers to share their work & wisdoms at our events & retreats.
This allows our horizons to broaden with explorations into new techniques / styles / paths to wellness & balance.
Many of our events include different yoga teachers & styles, sound baths, kirtan, talks on wellness subjects such as nutrition, maidenhood to menopause, massage sharing sessions, tribal dance, belly dancing, therapies & therapists, sustainable & vegan stores & all the more.
Bringing people together within this world made up of such a vast array of differences is something we truly cherish & feel very grateful in being able to do!

We aim to use high-energy spaces with beautiful surroundings, feeling the spaces in which we gather greatly impacts the way we are able to receive & absorb the experiences created together.
We enjoy sharing an array of themes where we can really delve into & explore, allowing ourselves to immerse our body & mind completely.
From seasonal ceremonies, connecting us to the wheel of the year, to the ‘Goddess within’, cacao cermonies with dnace, partner yoga & beyond.
Over the years sharing many different themes & love to keep unearthing new ones.

We feel very blessed to have an AMAZING group of friends, family & helping hands, without whom the way we like to host our events would not be possible.

~ UK RETREATS ~

These vary from half days, single days to 3-4 days ~ in locations such as forests, The Chalice Well Gardens, Avalon Priory & Shekinashram in Glastonbury, retreat venues nestled in the country side, as well as eco lodges overlooking the Cornish sea & more.

WE HAVE A POP UP STUDIO ~ AVAILABLE FOR HIRE

~ INTERNATIONAL YOGAVENTURES~

We offer an annual Sahara Safari tour across magical mystical Morocco, as well as unique immersive & transformative trips to exotic locations such as Cuba, Bali, India, Nepal, Thailand, Laos & more. Stretching from 7 to 14 days, yoga-ing & adventuring together.
All the further a field journeys are created to be truly immersive experiences. So yes their is plenty of down time & relaxation, but often the itineraries are jam packed with much to do, learn & venture into. All is an invitation, for those who wish to miss an activity here & there to relax by a pool, the sea, get a massage or read a book.
On these trips you will normally find yourself staying in a few locations, mingling with the locals, visiting craft markets, (Sandra's & Sofia's ability in other languages comes in handy at this point!) exploring the history & how the culture of the area has changed & been influenced over the years ~ Usually with guided tours from locals ~ Visits to temples & palaces ~ Adventures into nature ~ Sunrise Yoga sessions ~ Meditations under the stars before bed ~ Massage Sharing ~ Cacao ceremonies ~ Alchemy/Elemental Dance & so much more.
There will be short getaways coming soon also & European locations too!

Whether you are joining as a solo traveller or with family, friends or a partner.
Everybody is welcome no matter your Yoga experience/ability. Together we cater for everybody's needs!
During our YogaVentures everybody soon becomes a tribe, bouncing off one another & leaving feeling like a family.
Ages have ranged from o - 91 for workshops & for our international trips 18 - 79 so far!
Matias, Sandra's son & Sofia's brother, also goes along on their Yogaventures sometimes, sharing, dancing with them, capturing through film & photography & even sometimes guiding a meditation or playing music.
